We Ship through USPS / UPS / DHL & FEDEX

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL and are mailed First class/First Class International or ground shipping. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. International shipping can take anywhere from 5 - 10 business days.

After an order is placed and processed you will be sent a tracking number via email. Please keep in mind that orders placed Monday - Friday (8 AM cutoff) are processed within 24 to 48 hours and orders placed Friday through Sunday are processed on Monday excluding holidays. Processing time + Shipping time = Estimated delivery date. Please plan accordingly for timely delivery. 

Additionally, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages through the post after delivery has been made. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package please purchase the Priority Shipping option at checkout (US only). Insurance does not cover packages that have a tracking status as "delivered". Please contact the United States Postal Service for questions regarding the status of your package.

International Shipping:

International packages can only be tracked through USPS , FEDEX Or DHL

Additionally, we cannot be responsible for any "lost" or "stolen" packages through the post. If you would like to purchase insurance with your package you will have to pay for Priority International shipping as well as the insurance fee. Please fill out our contact form located at the top of the website. 

Custom fees are charged by your country and are not the responsibility of Frankie Phoenix. Each country has different customs regulations. For more information please contact your local customs department before ordering.

Shipping Times: 

All orders are now processed and shipped out within 24 to 48 hours Monday through Friday (8 AM cutoff). Weekend and holiday orders are processed and shipped the next business day. 

WE DO NOT SHIP PRODUCTS ON SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS OR ANY U.S HOLIDAYS.

How shipping rates are assessed:

Flat rate shipping of $7 is applied to all U.S. orders under $100.00 while international orders under $100 USD are charged based on weight of package. 

If you didn't get your order in 30 days, we will refund you in full. 

3. We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.

4. I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email, what's going on? Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

5. If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!

6. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.

7. Express Shipping:

Please contact us if you want the item to be delivered earlier than the free shipping time-frames and we will sort it out.

Most of the packages have specific tracking information and can be tracked till they arrive at your doorstep.

Please note that all delivery time frames quoted are approximate and can sometimes take longer due to unforeseen circumstances.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment. For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label number that can be used to locate your package, but is not an actual tracking number.

CUSTOM FEES?

A customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation  of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area, often called a bonded store, until processed. 

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

As far as customs charges, we do not have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be if any.  If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the custom fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don't, the package will be returned to us.
